Nureltro® is an advanced, ultra-premium nootropic dietary supplement that promotes optimal cognitive function and brain health.

The standard serving size for Nureltro® is 6 capsules. However, everyone is different, and some may prefer taking less than the full serving size. It is always good to use some caution when starting a new supplement, using a “start low, and go slow” approach to see how you respond and feel.

If taking the full serving size, we recommend taking 2 capsules three times a day or taking 3 capsules two times a day with a small balanced meal that contains some fat approximately 3 to 4 hours apart. This will also help prevent any potential upset stomach it may cause.

If taking 5 or 4 capsules daily, we recommend taking 2(3) capsules once then 3(2) later in the day approximately 3 to 4 hours apart.

If taking 3 or 2 capsules you can take them once daily. We wouldn’t recommend taking less than 2 capsules per day, as you might not experience any benefits from that small of a dose.

The common practice of cycling is often used with different stimulants or performing enhancing drugs to prevent tolerance and unwanted side effects.

In theory most supplements can cause tolerance, however, many of the ingredients in Nureltro® are produced in the body naturally or taken in through the diet, so cycling or “off” days are not necessary. With that said, in general it may be beneficial to not take Nureltro® for 3 or 4 days each month, just to prevent any potential tolerance.

Quatrefolic® is a fourth generation folate supplement. It is in the active, methylated, and reduced form of folate (5-methyltetrahydrofolate – 5-MTHF) and therefore does not need to be converted in the body. This is of particular importance for those individuals with certain MTHR gene mutations who can not efficiently convert folate to 5-MTHF. In addition, being a glucosamine salt Quatrefolic® has greater water solubility and enhanced bioavailability.

Vitamin B12 (as Methylcobalamin)

It is essential in the conversion of folate to its active form, 5-methyltetrahydrofolate (5-MTHF) and exists in four subtypes: cyanocobalamin, hydroxocobalamin, methylcobalamin, and adenosylcobalamin. Both cyanocobalamin (a synthetic form of B12) and hydroxocobalamin (a natural form of B12) must be converted in the body to the biologically active forms (methylcobalamin or adenosylcobalamin) [R].
